HB 372 would prohibit state officials from utilizing the guidance of national and international public health experts like CDC and WHO when making public health policy decisions.

• State officials should be able to consider and utilize the guidance of experts in order to make fully informed decisions for the people of our state.

• Can reverse decades of public health policies currently in place that keep our kids and communities safe from preventable diseases.
